Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging with labels. Contact us first at contact@nocee.fr; returns without prior request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for defective items or errors on our part.

When will I be refunded?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will confirm within 24 to 72 hours whether the refund is approved. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

My product is damaged or I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Inspect your order upon receipt. If something is wrong, write to us immediately at contact@nocee.fr with a photo. We will handle the issue quickly and at our expense.

Our formulas contain 94% to 100% natural ingredients depending on the product. Formulated in our partner laboratories near Montpellier and in Spain, 1 hour 40 minutes from Montpellier.

Nocée is a French brand founded and managed from France. Our products are formulated and manufactured in our two partner laboratories.

Yes. Our serums are formulated to suit all skin types: dry, combination, oily, and sensitive. Each active ingredient is selected to be effective regardless of your phototype.

Are the products suitable for mature skin?

Yes. Our active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and Tasmannia are particularly effective on mature skin to restore radiance and hydration.

Yes. Taking care of your skin early is the best beauty investment. Our gentle and clean formulas are perfectly suited for young skin starting their routine.
